Yeast infection by: Beccie
Hi there, and like Grandma said, good luck with football season coming up and getting your husband to help himself with his yeast infection. I also know of another way of using nature to help the body cure itself or at least make it easier to live with the ailments that life offers us.
If you would like to know more about essential oils, Grandma has given me her blessing to give you my email site and we can talk about some EO formulas that may work on the yeast infections. Nature has given us so much to work with to organically take care of our bodies, sometimes without the need for medications.
My email is faithdream@triad.rr.com
I hope to hear from you and discuss some options of the different formulas that can be made to help with your husbands yeast infection.
Peace to you, Beccie

Yeast Infection & Immune System by: Grandma
Hello April,
I takes real determination to build your immune system back up to par and fight a yeast infection.
Almost every adult carries the yeastlike fungus. When our immune system is weakened by medications like anti-biotics or disease or a poor diet the yeast cells can start taking control.
So the first thing your husband needs to do is pay attention to his diet. Things like white sugar, flour and rice actually feeds the fungus. He should try eliminating anything white from his diet and turn to whole grains, brown rice and just try staying away from sugar for awhile.
He also needs to start building his immune system back up to par and take herbs like echinacea, Siberian ginseng, grapefruit-seed extract. Drinking medicinal teas like, Lapacho tea or Green mate' tea detoxifies the intestine and displaces infection-causing yeasts.
Eating plain yogurts everyday that contain live bacterial cultures helps restore damaged intestinal flora. Try not to use the sweetened kind because that will only feed the yeast.
Even things like clothing can make a difference. Wearing pure cotton underwear help deter yeast growth.
Hope you can talk your husband into some of the suggestions, they can be stubborn...:) Being persistant at times like this can really pay off.
Grandma
PS Make sure he stays away from all alcohol, it all fermented with sugar and/or yeast. Good luck with football season starting...:)
