Happy New Year to you and your family. Aside from using apple cider vinegar for weight loss (which causes me to itch so I cannot take it) do you have any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.
I would, without a doubt, stay away from the Apple Cider Vinegar, it sounds like you may have an allergy to it. I'm told that green tea is also really good for weight loss. I'd sweeten it with some honey and enjoy a few cups a day.
I'm not a real fan of dieting. If your health is good other than needing to lose some weight then you must be doing something right. In other words you must be eating good food, just too much. So I'd suggest whatever meal you are eating just cut the portion in half. You'd be surprised at the results in a short time.
