My hands tremble on and off throughout the day without any reason in particular. I am 58 years old and it staretd last year. Please advise some good home remedy. cheers
Grandma is correct about the magnesium, 300 fuctions it performs in the body.
Usually its a side effect of certain drugs..medications. also alcohol abuse...called dt, or Delirium tremens and or redrawal from sedatives.
and you might want to do a test for mercury..another culprit...common long ago in tooth fillings...

Trembling Hands by: Grandma
Figuring out a home remedy for things like trembling hands is really tough since I'm sure it's a symptom of something that's causing it. There could be so many reasons you're dealing with this symptom. But my first thought is a possible mineral deficiency. The first thing I suspect is magnesium deficiency and most likely a vitamin deficiency like B-12 and vitamin D-3. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try for a couple of weeks and see if you notice the trembling subsiding. If not, I'd suggest you see your doctor for some tests and a diagnosis of the cause.
