What could be causing or do you have any helpful information on this. My right arm feels tingly like when a arm or leg asleep.

My advice is to see a Chiropractor as soon as possible. I believe you have a nerve pinched in your neck. A few simple Chiropractic adjustment will have that arm feeling great again.

I worked as a Chiropractic assistant for over 17 years and I have seen many cases like yours come through the office.
