my son is 1yr 2 mnts old. he has been suffering from running nose,cough and sever congestion. pls suggest some remedie

Hello Seema,

I wrote a whole page on chest congestion you can find it if look on the left column and look for the button that says "Hot Toddy Recipe".

You might also want to try mixing a pinch of sea salt with about an ounch of warm water and put a few drops in each of his nostrils.

Don't forget to use the vaporizer! Just fill with cold clean tap water and pinch of sea salt.
