Hi there! just noticed this site, looks interesting. My cheeks & nose seem all the more red nowadays, maybe it's the cold...which is how I ended up here! anyway, stumbled upon the parasite article. My question is...

Where/how will I be able to purchase whole unprocessed milk on the cheap?

Hello Jack,

I have no idea where you are located but if you live in an area where you have a nearby dairy you can usually buy unprocessed milk from there. If not, try a local health food store or just go to your grocery store and buy the richest milk you can buy. I've even heard from some people that have bought canned milk to soak in.
