Psoriasis and Marine Salt Baths

My father has psoriasis and he has been trying many different things to cure it. One of the best treatments that worked for him, was taking swims on the beach. The effect of the salty water, and the sun really helped him to diminish the psoriasis.

Since he couldn't go every week to the beach what he did was buying a big sac of marine salt, and take baths at home. This is a home remedy that really worked for him.

I love the internet and I plan to build a website with all the different treatments he went through, as soon as I finish my other project stopgrasa, where I write about home remedies to loose weight in spanish.

I heard about swimming in the ocean and sun to cure psoriasis. While visiting Florida i tried it one day and it made the psoriasis very red and angry looking. I called a friend that was a nurse for years and asked her advice. I was afraid of making it worse.
She told me it is turning red because it is working. If it was having no effect it would not change. She said swim and sun bathe every day for the month you will be there.
I did and by the end of the month it was no longer red at all. It went away and took a few weeks for the sun to tan the white spots. I have never had another problem with psoriasis. If i did i would do that again.
Never tried Marine salts, sounds good though. But one needs the sun as well. I only sun bathed long enough for it to be very red. Psoriasis free for 34 years.

What a wonderful home remedy, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sharing this with us. I have heard about swimming in the ocean waters helps with psoriasis but I never heard of Marine Salt Baths. I'm wondering if Marine Salt can be bought here in the U.S. I never noticed it before, but I will look for it.

Good luck with your website, you're so lucky to be able to write in several languages. There is nothing like building your own website and starting your own business. I don't know where I'd be today if I wouldn't have found SBI and all the support and step by step help I've had through the years. Building an income for life is something you never regret taking the time to do.
