Kombucha Tea Stored in Plastic

Hi i would just like to ask you,when i make the kombucha tea will it be ok to store the tea in the plastic bottles ???

As i don't know if the tea would be any good in plastic or glass..

Hello Paul,

Yes, you can store the Kombucha Tea in plastic containers just make sure you ferment the recipe in glass and never touch the tea with metal, always use either a wooden or plastic spoon when handling the mother. And most of all, never touch the mother with your fingers.
