Last night I made orange mint and cinnamon but would like to find more great recipes, thanks.

Drying wild blackberry leaves now can I make tea with that?

Yes, I have a lot of herbal tea recipes on my website. Just go to the button that says "Medicinal Teas" on the left column. You'll find a list of links to pages for recipes and the medicinal uses for various herbal teas.

Yes, you can use the leaves after drying, just make sure that the wild plants weren't sprayed with insecticide or in an area where there is a lot of traffic, this would make the ground polluted.
