Burtisitas or Arthritis in Shoulders Remedy

I doubt I spelled either of those correctly but the rheumatologist says I have bursitis in both shoulders ( I am 51). However even after a shot in each they still ache and the pain radiates down my arms especially when my arms get cold. Do you have any suggestions for the pain or to get rid of this condition?

Hi Elizabeth,

I'll be honest with you, I'm not a fan of the injections giving for pain. Especially now, since I have read and heard so many reports about the "dirty injections". I do know that they never cure the pain, only help for a short period of time before you need to do it all over again and again.

I'd suggest you see a Chiropractor in your area and maybe get some physical therapy. In the meantime I'd suggest you try applying a hot water bottle for 20 minutes on each shoulder. Never use a heating pad! I'd also suggest you start taking magnesium everyday, it will help with muscle spasms and pain.
