The skin consists or three layers and is the largest organ of the body. It tends to act as a shield between the body and thousands of foreign substances that can damage the body. Our environment contains pollutants that could harm and even kill us if they were allowed to gain entry. The skin reacts to these harmful elements by erupting, flaking, scaling, itching, redness, color changes, cracking and dryness. Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when the sebaceous glands, which lies just beneath the skin and produce the natural oils that keep the skin lubricated, become clogged or are not regenerated in sufficient quantity to handle the load. This may result in whiteheads or blackheads being formed. Pimples are then formed when the bacteria is released from these clogged pores. The most important acne home remedy is picking the right soap you use, not only on your face but your entire body. By picking the right soap you will not only treat your acne but also maintain healthy and well balanced natural ph balance. When choosing your soap choose one that is free of dyes, perfumes, detergent and chemicals. Never use a soap that is called deodorant soap or anti-bacterial. My favorite soap is olive oil and got milk soap with natural essence of oil. I buy this home made, from a farm in my area. I hope to one day sell it on this website.
